A few important things to know to keep your appointment smooth and on time.
Deposit
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals after 30 minutes will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Hair Preparation
Come with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and detangled. An unprep fee may apply if your hair isn't ready.
Payments
Cash, Cash App, and Zelle accepted. Final balance is due at the end of your appointment.
